Andrew Levetown is a seasoned trial lawyer and corporate investigator based in Greenbelt, Maryland — He holds admission to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. As a member of the District of Columbia Bar, he also participates in the federal bar in Maryland. His legal journey began at Reed Smith LLP in Pittsburgh, where he focused on various complex areas, including toxic torts, white-collar crimes, and trade secret theft cases. During his time there, he also managed employment-related cases in federal courts, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. In 2019, Mr. Levetown co-founded Ivey & Levetown, LLP, alongside Glenn Ivey.

Before establishing Ivey & Levetown, he served as managing director and regional counsel for Kroll Associates, a global security and risk management firm, where he developed his skills in corporate investigations. Additionally, Mr. Levetown held the position of senior managing director and counsel for DSFX, a firm specializing in similar services. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found CoreFacts, LLC, a computer forensics and investigations firm.
This venture was later acquired by First Advantage, a publicly traded risk management firm. Following the acquisition, he took on the role of president of a division within First Advantage, adding to his expertise in risk management. Mr. Levetown’s career also includes significant leadership roles, such as managing director at FTI Consulting’s Global Risk Management Group and president of SunBlock Systems, Inc., a risk management firm dedicated to security and corporate compliance. His educational background includes earning a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1984.
