Andrew L Wizner began his academic path at Georgetown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Spanish. He went on to study law at Vanderbilt University Law School, receiving his J.D. in 1989. Those years gave him language skills and a legal foundation that later shaped a practice centered on immigration matters.
After law school, Wizner entered private practice and built a career in Connecticut. In 1997 he became partner and managing partner at Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP. That role placed him in day-to-day management while he continued to handle individual cases. In 2022 he took on the title of managing partner at Wizner Law, PLLC. The change marked the latest stage of a long-running presence in Connecticut’s legal community.
