Andrew John Zucker is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and holds bar number 167348. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Zucker is the founder and managing partner of Zucker Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers, APC, a law firm located in Temecula, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Riverside and San Diego counties.
Mr. Zucker earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 1993. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. During his time at California Western, he served as a Law Review editor, demonstrating his commitment to legal scholarship and excellence.
Mr. Zucker concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death law. He represents individuals and families who have been affected by the negligence of others, handling cases involving car accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury matters. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Zucker has handled numerous cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside and the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego. He has also appeared before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Riverside County, where he gained extensive trial experience handling serious and violent felony cases, including rape and murder. His success in these cases led to recognition as Felony Prosecutor of the Year by the Riverside District Attorney’s Office in 1998.
Mr. Zucker is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association. Additionally, he is involved in the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Zucker is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Riverside and San Diego counties effectively.
