About Andrew
Andrew Fajardo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2006. He stayed in Columbia to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his J.D. in 2010. Those years in the university system shaped his legal training and grounded him in the business and regulatory questions that often arise in insurance and workplace injury cases.
He is licensed to practice in South Carolina and has built a practice that reaches clients across the state. In 2015 he worked as a lawyer at Chappell, Smith & Arden, where he handled client matters out of regional offices and appeared in state proceedings. He has experience handling the procedures and filings common to claims brought in South Carolina forums.
Outside the office he maintains a steady involvement in professional groups. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar Association, and he participates in the Richland County Bar Association. He is also a member of Injured Workers’ Advocates and belongs to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
