Mr. Vallejo earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Riverside, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996. During his time at Berkeley Law, he was an associate editor of the California Law Review.

Mr. Vallejo is an active member of the California State Bar Association and has served on the Executive Committee of the Tax Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation. He frequently presents on state and local tax issues and has authored numerous articles in publications such as State Tax Notes and the Tax Management Multistate Tax Report. Mr. Vallejo is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
