About Andreana

Andreana Paz built a steady and straightforward path into the law. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 2017, followed by a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2020. After finishing her J.D., she pursued further graduate study and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Middlesex University.

Her time at Case Western Reserve coincided with a period of fast professional development. She completed coursework and training that prepared her for practice. The LL.M. broadened her academic exposure and added an international dimension to her studies. Those academic steps laid the groundwork for a move into practice in Ohio.

Paz is a member of the State Bar of Ohio and is licensed to practice in Ohio. She joined the Law Office of Johanna Herrero as an associate lawyer. In that role she works alongside the firm’s principal and other staff on client matters, handling research, drafting, and the procedural work that supports litigation and other legal processes. Her contributions include preparing motions, managing discovery, and supporting case strategy in hearings and conferences.

Colleagues describe her work as methodical. She approaches files with attention to detail and an emphasis on clear written work. She spends substantial time on legal research and on crafting written advocacy. Those tasks form a central part of an associate’s daily load at a small practice where each team member carries varied responsibilities.

Paz’s practice has taken place entirely in Ohio. That local focus has given her direct experience with state court procedures and the professional networks that sustain practice in the region. It has also shaped how she advises clients, since state rules and timelines often control case progression.

Outside the office she maintains her professional membership in the State Bar of Ohio. The association keeps her connected to developments in state law and to continuing legal education opportunities. She balances ongoing learning with hands-on work at the firm.

As an associate at the Law Office of Johanna Herrero, she contributes to the firm’s daily operations and to the resolution of client matters. She currently practices at the Law Office of Johanna Herrero, where her current work focuses on matters handled by the firm in Ohio.
