Andrea Ada Rathburn is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Rathburn is a certified Criminal Law Specialist and practices at the Public Defender's Office in San Francisco, California, serving clients throughout the Bay Area.

Ms. Rathburn earned her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law, graduating in 1996. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993. During her time at Boston University, she was involved in the Criminal Law Society and participated in the school's legal clinic, providing pro bono services to underserved communities.

Ms. Rathburn concentrates her practice in criminal defense, representing individuals charged with a wide range of offenses, including drug-related crimes, theft, assault, and white-collar offenses.
