About Amiel Lee
Amiel Lee Wade is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Wade is the founder, president, and managing partner of Wade Litigation, a law firm located at 262 E Main St, Los Gatos, California 95030. He has been practicing law for over twenty-five years, serving clients throughout the greater San Jose and Los Gatos areas.
Mr. Wade earned his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, graduating in 1996. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at San Jose State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987. During his time at Rutgers, he was elected president of the Student Bar Association and participated in the National Moot Court Competition, earning recognition as the top oralist in his moot court course.
Mr. Wade concentrates his practice in civil litigation, handling complex cases for both individuals and businesses. His areas of focus include business litigation, family law litigation, probate litigation, and real estate litigation. He represents clients at all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation disputes, mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. His experience encompasses jury and non-jury trials, as well as negotiations and settlement discussions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wade has been admitted to practice before several courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to founding Wade Litigation, he served as president and managing partner of Wade & Silverstein Law Firm from 2003 to 2010. He has also served as a judge pro tem and an arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and has guest lectured at Stanford University.
Mr. Wade is an active member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association. He has received numerous honors, including the Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction award for client reviews averaging 4.8 or better on a scale from 1 to 5, and a 10.0 Avvo rating. He is also a black belt in Karate and served as a San Jose Police Officer for four years before pursuing a legal career.
