About Amie
Amie DiGiampaolo trained as a political scientist before turning to the law. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1996, then completed her J.D. at Suffolk University Law School in 2004. Those classroom years set the groundwork for a steady courtroom practice.
Her early years in practice included work at Harmon Law Offices, PC, where she was listed as a litigation lawyer and foreclosure lawyer in 2006. That role put her in the center of property- and dispute-driven matters and gave her hands-on experience in contested proceedings. She returned to litigation work a decade later as a litigation associate at Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, PC in 2017, handling contested civil cases and courtroom preparation.
In 2018 she joined The Jacobs Law LLC as a senior associate. The title reflects an expanded caseload and increased responsibility. Colleagues and court filings show she has continued to handle civil litigation matters and related procedural work while signing pleadings and appearing in hearings in state and federal venues.
Her admissions encompass multiple forums. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, admitted to the Federal Circuit, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Those credentials allow her to carry matters into appellate and high-court settings when cases warrant further review.
Outside case lists and court dockets, she maintains professional ties. She has been a member of The Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts since 2014 and remains active in that organization. Memberships in professional groups have complemented her courtroom experience and kept her connected to peers across the state.
DiGiampaolo’s record is one of steady progression through litigation roles. Her work history lists roles concentrated on contested civil matters, including foreclosure practice in the mid-2000s and broader litigation work in later positions. She has moved between law firms but remained within practice areas that require courtroom readiness and procedural fluency.
Clients and colleagues describe her work as practical and procedural. She prepares filings, argues motions and participates in hearings. Her admissions to appellate and Supreme Court levels mean she can pursue matters beyond trial courts when required.
She is currently a senior associate at The Jacobs Law LLC, where her practice focuses on civil litigation and related matters.
