About Amber Nichole

Amber Nichole Williams built a foundation in economics before turning to law and business. She earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Central Florida in 2007, then completed a dual J.D. and MBA program at Stetson University and Stetson University College of Law, receiving both degrees in 2011. The combination of graduate business studies and a law degree has been a central element of her professional profile.

Early in her academic career Williams studied markets and incentives. That background informed her choice to pursue graduate study that paired legal training with business administration. The coursework and practice opportunities at Stetson exposed her to litigation, transactional work and regulatory topics, and it gave her a practical set of tools for advising clients who encounter both legal and commercial questions.

Williams is admitted to practice in Florida. She has been active in the Orange County Bar Association for more than a decade and has led one of its committees since 2014. In that capacity she has worked with fellow lawyers, court staff and community members to coordinate programming and committee efforts. Her long tenure in the association signals sustained engagement with the local bench and bar.

Her colleagues describe a methodical, analytical approach to the work. She tends to break complex problems into discrete issues and assess them against statutory text, case law and underlying financial dynamics. That approach reflects her academic training in economics as much as her legal education. Clients and peers have said that it helps clarify options when cases present intertwined legal and business questions.

Williams’s career has stayed rooted in Florida practice. She has handled matters that require attention to both legal doctrine and practical outcomes, and she draws on her MBA when evaluating transactions and risk. She has also remained involved in legal education and bar activities, contributing to panels and local programming when opportunities arise.

Outside the courtroom and the office she keeps ties to the legal community through the Orange County Bar Association and related volunteer efforts. She continues to practice law in Florida and to serve as Committee Chair of the Orange County Bar Association.
