About Amanda

I am an accomplice legal professional inside the litigation and probate management departments at Chepenik Trushin LLP. I turned into born and raised in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and graduated summa cum laude from the George Washington University with stages in History and Political Science, at the side of a minor in Sustainability. I later earned my regulation degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2025.
While in law college, I interned with the Environmental Justice Clinic, wherein I contributed to a class motion lawsuit advocating for citizens suffering from poisonous emissions from a municipal incinerator. I become also an lively member of the Trial Team, competing in trial competitions, and took part in the Environmental Law Society, Fashion Law Society, and Cardozo Society. Additionally, I was venerated to get hold of the Richard L. Lapidus Endowed Memorial Scholarship for my performance in Litigation Skills.
During my first summer in regulation school, I interned on the Miami-Dade State Lawyer’s Office within the Sexual Battery and Child Abuse unit, where I won treasured trial experience. The following summer time, I clerked at Chepenik Trushin LLP and later joined the corporation as an associate attorney after being admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2025.
