About Amanda N.
Amanda N. Follett took a path from the sciences to the law. She earned a B.A. in biology and psychology from Lawrence University before attending Rutgers School of Law–Camden, where she received her J.D. in 2014. While in law school she served as a judicial intern in 2013 for Circuit Judge Dolores K. Sloviter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, an experience that introduced her to appellate procedure and courtroom drafting.
After law school, Follett began her legal career in Delaware. In 2014 she worked at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, gaining exposure to firm practice and state and federal litigation in the region. That early position placed her in a traditional firm setting and gave her experience with case preparation and client matters soon after passing the bar.
In 2016 Follett relocated to Wisconsin and joined Schloemer Law Office, S.C. as a lawyer. She has since practiced from the firm’s offices, including an office in Kewaskum. Her work spans matters that arise at the county level and in state courts, and she applies procedural knowledge developed through both her internship on the Third Circuit and her time at a Delaware firm. Follett is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Delaware, and she handles filings and client representation across those jurisdictions.
Follett maintains professional ties to the local legal community. She is a current member of the Washington County Bar Association, participating in bar activities and local networking. Colleagues describe her as steady in litigation tasks and attentive to courtroom deadlines. Her background in biology and psychology occasionally informs case preparation, particularly where technical or human-factors issues appear in evidence or expert reports.
Today, Follett practices law from Schloemer Law Office, S.C., serving clients through the firm’s Kewaskum office and other local locations. She continues to work on litigation and client representation in Wisconsin and Delaware courts, managing matters that arise out of those jurisdictions in her current practice.
