About Amanda L.
Amanda L. Biondolino built her career across two states, moving from municipal and civil roles in Missouri to private practice in Florida. She combined an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, graduating from law school in 2012. Those academic years set the stage for work that would alternate between public-sector dispute resolution and private litigation.
Her early legal work began soon after law school at Brown and James, P.C. in 2012. She then served at the Missouri Commission on Human Relations in 2014, where she handled matters that touched on housing and civil-rights concerns. In 2017 she joined SmithAmundsen, LLC and the following year moved to Sass Law Office. Those positions exposed her to a mix of civil litigation and regulatory matters and informed the practice she would later pursue in Florida.
Biondolino’s involvement in professional groups runs through much of her resume. She held roles in the St. Charles County Housing Team and took planning responsibilities for the Annual Real Estate Institute at The Missouri Bar in 2017–2018. After relocating to Florida she became active in local and state bar activities. From 2019 through 2023 she served in leadership posts in the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section and held programming and committee responsibilities for the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
Her work with statewide and national organizations continued into the 2020s. She was on the Continuing Legal Education Committee of The Florida Bar from 2021 to 2024. In 2021 she also co-chaired a judicial recognition committee for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Memberships during this period include the Federal Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, and the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar.
In 2024 she opened Amanda L. Biondolino PLLC and began practicing under her own firm name. The transition to firm ownership followed years of practice that mixed administrative, litigation, and education roles. Colleagues describe her as methodical in case preparation and steady in court settings.
She currently practices at Amanda L. Biondolino PLLC in Florida, where her work centers on labor and employment matters and related civil litigation.
