Alyssa Kriegler is an accomplice at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in Marlton, New Jersey. Her primary regions of practice encompass civil litigation and employment regulation, with a focus on discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
Ms. Kriegler graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Corporate Communication. She then attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law on a Dean’s Academic Scholarship. During law college, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Linda A. Carpenter of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
In January 2021, Ms. Kriegler joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a regulation clerk in the Marlton office and continued in that role throughout her law college profession. She also worked as an authorized prison intern for Villanova Law’s Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic, representing customers with special health care wishes.
Ms. Kriegler received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in May 2022. She presently is living in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and enjoys attending traditional rock concerts, ice skating, and spending time along with her pets.
