About Alycia

Alycia Moss built her legal foundation in the classroom. She earned a B.A. in history from the University of Colorado Denver in 1996 and went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2005. Those years shaped the direction of her career and set the stage for work in federal courts.

Her early post-law school years are not catalogued here, but by 2018 she had opened her own practice. She is listed as Owner and Lawyer at Moss Immigration Law, PC. The firm name appears more than once in public listings, sometimes shown as Moss Immigration Law and other times as Moss Immigration Law, PC. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a membership she has held since 2012. Records indicate an additional professional membership dating to 2005.

Moss is admitted to practice in Idaho. She is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho and before the Ninth Circuit. Those admissions allow her to represent clients in federal proceedings and appeals in that regional circuit. Her courtroom experience includes matters that require filings or appearances in federal court, consistent with those admissions.

Her practice centers on immigration law. She represents clients through the kinds of processes that arise in that field. She prepares and files applications and court papers. She appears in federal court when appeals or district-court jurisdiction are involved. Colleagues describe her work as practical and case-oriented; clients reach out to her for guidance on immigration options and procedural steps.

Moss maintains an active presence in professional circles. Her AILA membership since 2012 keeps her connected to developments in immigration policy and practice. The additional membership noted since 2005 suggests a longer record of professional involvement beyond her firm duties. She manages her practice from offices listed under Moss Immigration Law and Moss Immigration Law, PC.

She continues to practice law in Idaho and in federal courts that include the District of Idaho and the Ninth Circuit. Her current practice focuses on immigration matters handled through her firm, Moss Immigration Law, PC.
