About Allegra Patrice
Allegra Patrice Rineer earned her law degree from Western State University College of Law. She completed the program before beginning her legal work in California courts. Her legal education provided a foundation in trial procedure, evidence and civil practice.
Early in her career Rineer moved into courtroom work. She took on matters that required litigation and appeared in both motion hearings and trials. Over time she expanded her practice to include a broader set of litigation responsibilities across state courts.
Her peers selected her to serve on the board of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2020. That role has kept her connected to developments in trial practice and civil procedure. Serving on the board also means she participates in programs aimed at improving trial skills and professional standards within the local bar.
Rineer practices under California jurisdiction and maintains an active presence in the regional legal community. She has worked alongside other litigators on coordinated cases and has handled courtroom responsibilities at multiple stages of litigation. Colleagues describe her as steady in the courtroom and methodical in preparing cases for trial.
She is currently an attorney at Kubota & Craig. At the firm she works on matters that require litigation experience and courtroom advocacy. Her role involves case preparation, client counseling related to disputes, and representing clients in hearings.
Outside of firm duties Rineer has remained involved in professional education through the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and related local events. That engagement keeps her acquainted with changes in procedure and evidence practice in California courts.
Rineer continues to practice in California and remains active in trial work and litigation practice at Kubota & Craig. She currently focuses on litigation and trial representation in California courts.
