About Alicia Regina

Alicia Regina Seward earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2013 after beginning her studies in 2010. She moved through the typical early-stage training that many young lawyers experience, balancing classroom work with hands-on roles that exposed her to both private practice and public-sector legal work.

Her earliest legal positions included a law clerk role at Wendy Doyle, P.A. in 2011. In 2012 she took on multiple internships and clerkships: she worked with Olympic Law Group PLLP, spent time at Gulfcoast Legal Services, Inc., and served in the Office of the Regional Counsel. Those assignments gave her experience researching statutes, drafting memoranda and supporting litigation and administrative matters.

After law school she entered private practice. In 2013 she joined Martin Aequitas P.A. as a lawyer. Two years later she moved to Meridian Partners, Lawyers at Law, where she continued her work as a practicing attorney. By 2016 she was working at Seward Law Office. The chronology of those roles shows a steady progression through small firms and specialty shops into a practice she would make her professional base.

Seward’s professional record is anchored by a long-standing membership in the Florida State Bar, held since 2013. That membership reflects her authorization to practice in Florida and ties her career to the state’s courts and administrative systems. Her background includes both nonprofit legal service work and private firm litigation and counseling, which has given her a range of day-to-day courtroom and client-facing experience.

Colleagues and clients describe her work as methodical and practice-oriented. She has handled tasks common to early and mid-career attorneys: client interviews, brief writing, discovery work and appearances in hearings. Her varied early roles—law clerk, intern, and staff attorney—provided repeated opportunities to refine legal research and procedural skills.

She currently practices at Seward Law Office, P.A., maintaining an active Florida bar membership and representing clients in matters arising under Florida law.
