About Alice

Alice Bagirova trained first as a communicator. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from the University of Washington in 2007. That foundation led her back to school for a law degree. She received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2014.

After law school, Bagirova began building a practice in Washington state. She is a member of the Washington bar and has been active in statewide professional circles since 2015. Her early professional years included involvement in the Washington State Bar Association and a term on the WSBA Young Lawyer Committee from 2017 to 2019. Those roles exposed her to the administrative and ethical discussions that shape practice in the state.

Bagirova’s professional calendar includes both bar leadership and nonprofit work. She joined the International Families Justice Coalition Board of Directors in 2016 and remains on that board. Her engagement there signals an ongoing interest in the intersection of legal practice and public policy. Locally, she serves as vice president of the East King County Bar Association, a role that places her in the middle of community-level legal programming and member services.

She practices at Northwest Law Group, where she has handled client matters in Washington. Colleagues describe her as practical and results-oriented in day-to-day work. Her communications background often shows in how she explains options to clients and negotiates on their behalf. Those skills also inform how she prepares written materials and presents cases.

Bagirova combines courtroom readiness with attention to client communication. She has worked on matters that require clear explanation of legal risks and business or personal consequences. That combination has been a through-line since her entry into practice after law school.

Outside of casework, Bagirova’s bar and nonprofit roles have included programming and outreach. She has taken part in discussions on access to justice and the professional development of newer lawyers. Her time on the WSBA Young Lawyer Committee gave her experience in committee work and member outreach that she has continued to use as she has taken on larger leadership responsibilities.

She remains based in Washington and continues to practice at Northwest Law Group. Her current practice centers on representing clients in Washington state matters.
