Mr. Lozano earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University in 2003.

Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1997. This educational background equips him with a strong foundation in both legal principles and business practices. This lets the attorney effectively address the diverse needs of his clients. In recognition of his expertise, he is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction that only a small percentage of Texas attorneys achieve. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004, Mr. Lozano is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice areas encompass family immigration, business immigration, U.S.

citizenship, and deportation defense. This broad scope allows him to represent many clients, from individuals seeking family reunification to businesses needing assistance with employment-based immigration. Before founding Lozano Law Firm, Mr. Lozano worked working in various Texas cities, including Houston, Beaumont, and Corpus Christi. His tenure at the Mexican Consulate in Houston provided him with unique insights into the immigration process, particularly for individuals from Mexico. Additionally, his service in the U.S. Marine Corps has given him a understanding of the challenges military families face in immigration matters, enhancing his ability to advocate for their needs effectively. Outside of his legal practice, Mr.

Lozano is a certified private pilot and an active member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. His focus on aviation complements his legal career, showcasing his diverse interests. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he is well-equipped to serve a multicultural clientele. Mr. Lozano is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the San Antonio Bar Association.
