In recognition of his expertise, he is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction that only a small percentage of Texas attorneys achieve. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004, Mr. Lozano is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
