About Alfred
Alfred Jordan built a steady educational foundation before entering the bar. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1999. He remained tied to Missouri for graduate study, completing an M.B.A. at the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2004 and a J.D. from the same law school in 2007. Those years combined business training and legal study, shaping how he approaches problems today.
He began his legal career in 2007 as an associate at Bryan Cave LLP. That early role placed him in a large firm environment where he worked alongside more senior attorneys on matters that required coordination and attention to detail. The position gave him exposure to the rhythms of firm practice and the operational side of serving clients in a range of matters.
After gaining experience in the firm setting, he moved into private practice under his own name. He founded Jordan Law, LLC, establishing a practice in Missouri. Running a smaller firm changed the daily work. He took on responsibilities that extend beyond legal analysis. Client intake, case management and the business side of law all became part of the job.
Jordan’s combined M.B.A. and J.D. inform his approach to client problems. The business degree allows him to see transactional and operational aspects of disputes and agreements. His legal training supplies the doctrine and procedure needed to advance matters in court or at the negotiating table. He tends to place practical solutions alongside legal options when discussing next steps with clients.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in document work and deliberate in courtroom preparation. He favors clear organization and plain explanations for clients who may be encountering the legal system for the first time. Time in a large firm taught him how to manage complex files; time in private practice taught him how to keep a client’s priorities central to daily decision-making.
He is licensed to practice in Missouri and maintains his practice through Jordan Law, LLC. He handles cases and matters that arise in the state, concentrating his work on serving clients in Missouri through the firm.
