About Alexandra Danielle

Alexandra Danielle Wilson built a practice around one of the country’s most contested areas of law. She set out to help people deal with immigration systems that can be hard to understand. The arc of her career has stayed close to that original aim.

She earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 2016. During law school she concentrated her studies on immigration law and completed coursework that exposed her to both policy and direct client representation. That academic grounding shaped the choices she made after graduation.

After law school, Wilson moved into immigration practice. She spent her early years handling a steady flow of individual cases and administrative filings. Those cases gave her routine experience with paperwork and deadlines. They also taught her how immigration rules affect families and workplaces in tangible ways.

Over time she organized that experience into a private practice. She established Wilson Immigration to provide legal services for people navigating visas, status adjustments, and other immigration processes. Running a small firm required juggling casework with the administrative tasks of keeping a practice on steady footing. She handles client intake, strategy, and court filings, and she directs the work of staff who assist on complex matters.

Her work is practical and procedural. She prepares petitions, responds to agency notices, and appears on behalf of clients in administrative settings when necessary. She also manages the day-to-day demands of running a boutique immigration practice: client communication, calendaring, and keeping up with changes in regulation and guidance. Colleagues describe her as someone who plans methodically and keeps clients informed about milestones and next steps.

Outside the office, Wilson keeps up with developments in immigration law and participates in professional circles that address those changes. Her background in immigration studies at UC Law SF continues to inform how she approaches cases and advises clients. She now leads Wilson Immigration, where she represents individuals and families in a range of immigration matters.

Wilson currently practices immigration law at Wilson Immigration, representing clients in immigration-related legal matters.
