Alexander Shekarchian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. His license is currently in active status. He has been practicing law for over 19 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Shekarchian earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Riverside. During his time at Loyola Law School, he was recognized with the First Honors Award in Mediation in 2004.
Mr. Shekarchian's practice areas include entertainment law, bankruptcy and debt, business law, internet law, and construction and development. He represents clients in various legal stages, including litigation, negotiations, and trials. His experience encompasses a wide range of cases, from business disputes to complex bankruptcy proceedings.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shekarchian has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Hayford & Felchlin and Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley.
Mr. Shekarchian is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through sports such as basketball and running.
