Alexander D. Weisberg is the founding partner and managing attorney of Weisberg Consumer Law Group, P.A., situated in Cooper City, Florida. Since November 2000, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to consumer protection litigation. Among his notable achievements, Mr. Weisberg secured a $10,054 award for a consumer in Texas for violations of the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. His involvement in significant appellate cases, such as Ponce v. BCA Financial Services and Barry Oppenheim v. I.C. — System, Inc., has upheld trial victories against debt collectors, showcasing his commitment to consumer protection. These cases highlight his expertise in navigating complex legal issues and his dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Weisberg actively engages with his community. He serves on the City of Cooper City Planning & Zoning Board, contributing to local governance and development.
