About Alex Walker
Alex Walker Presti built a clear academic foundation before entering the legal profession. He earned a B.A. from Southern Methodist University, then added an MBA from Texas Tech University. He completed his legal training at Texas Tech University School of Law, receiving his J.D.
His legal career began in 2015 at Thompson & Kerby. He moved to Ben Abbott & Associates in 2018, where he spent time handling client matters and learning the rhythms of a busy law office. In 2019 he began practicing at The Presti Law Office, PLLC, establishing a base for his work in Texas.
Presti maintains ties to the local bar and trial communities. He has been a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association since 2018. Since 2019 he has also been involved with the Collin County Bar Association and American Access for Justice. Those memberships place him in regular contact with other lawyers in the region and with organizations focused on access to legal services.
He is licensed to practice in Texas. His academic background combines liberal arts, business training, and legal education. That mix informs how he approaches client matters. The MBA gives him familiarity with business concepts, and his law degree provides the legal framework clients expect.
Throughout his career he has worked in private practice settings. The early years at Thompson & Kerby and Ben Abbott & Associates provided practical experience in firm life. Since 2019 he has operated out of The Presti Law Office, PLLC, conducting his practice in the state where he is admitted.
He handles matters for clients through his firm and remains active in county and city bar circles. His current practice focuses on serving clients in Texas through The Presti Law Office, PLLC.
