About Alejandro
Alejandro Ramirez built his legal foundation in the Midwest. He completed undergraduate work in finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992. He later attended Northwestern University School of Law; records list a J.D. (1999).
He entered private practice after law school and has practiced across state lines. Ramirez is admitted to practice in both Nevada and California. He holds long-standing memberships in professional associations dating back to 1999 and 2006, and those connections have been part of his career rhythm.
Before founding his own firm, Ramirez spent years handling matters that required coordination between clients, courts and opposing counsel in multiple jurisdictions. Those years sharpened an ability to manage complex filings and schedules, and to work with local counsel when matters crossed state lines. Colleagues describe him as steady under pressure and pragmatic in court strategy.
In 2016 he launched AR | Legal Team, where he serves as founding lawyer. He built the practice to handle a range of matters that arise for individuals and businesses operating in Nevada and California. The firm grew around a small core group of lawyers and staff, and Ramirez has overseen client intake, case direction and the firm’s operations since its founding.
Ramirez’s work has involved litigation and transactional matters, and he has represented clients in administrative proceedings as well as in state courts. He has taken on matters that require an understanding of cross-jurisdictional issues, from enforcement of judgments to regulatory compliance in two states. His professional memberships have kept him plugged into changes in local rules and practice.
Outside the office he has participated in continuing legal education programs and local bar events. He maintains a day-to-day role at his firm while also mentoring junior attorneys. He is based at AR | Legal Team, which he established to provide coordinated legal services for clients with interests in Nevada and California.
He currently directs his practice through AR | Legal Team and continues to handle matters in both Nevada and California.
