About Alec

Alec Paradowski took a winding path through higher education before entering the legal field. He attended Wofford College, then spent time at the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University–College Station. Those institutions shaped his academic foundation and prepared him for a legal career in Texas.

After completing his studies, Paradowski moved into the legal profession and gained admission to the State Bar of Texas in 2022. He has maintained active membership there since. Early in his professional life he joined a multi-office law firm and has practiced under its banner across the state.

Paradowski’s work at the firm has involved routine lawyering tasks that young attorneys often master: legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery, and assisting more senior lawyers at depositions and hearings. He learned to translate complex factual records into organized case files. Colleagues describe him as methodical and steady in the day-to-day demands of litigation support.

His educational background informs how he approaches client matters. Time at a liberal arts college and two large public universities gave him exposure to varied viewpoints and disciplined inquiry. He has applied that foundation to the practical skills required in a law office, from case management to courtroom preparation.

Within the firm environment, Paradowski has taken on responsibilities across multiple offices. He participates in team efforts that require coordinating with lawyers in different locations. That experience has exposed him to a range of procedural issues under Texas law and the realities of practicing in a state with a busy civil docket.

Outside of billable work he maintains his bar membership and follows continuing legal education obligations. He attends firm trainings and participates in internal case strategy meetings. These activities keep him current on procedural developments and best practices for managing complex files.

He is currently an attorney at Arnold & Itkin LLP practicing in Texas. His current practice centers on serving the firm’s matters in the state and supporting client representation from intake through case preparation.
