About Alberto
Alberto Naranjo earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2011. He moved from the classroom into courtroom practice in Florida and has built a steady professional path since graduation. His legal education at FIU provided the foundation for a career concentrated in labor and employment matters.
After law school, Naranjo began work that led him into employment law circles. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Those federal admissions have allowed him to handle cases in both state and federal forums as his work has required.
Naranjo has been an active member of professional organizations that align with his practice. He joined the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar in 2014 and maintained that membership. He has also been involved with the Florida chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association since 2015 and holds membership in the national association as well. Those affiliations keep him connected to developments in employment law and labor issues.
In 2016 he joined AN Law Office, P.A. as a lawyer. His role there has centered on representing individuals in employment-related disputes, handling matters that may range from wage-and-hour claims to allegations of discrimination or retaliation. He has prosecuted and defended claims in administrative settings and in court when cases moved to litigation. His courtroom work includes filings and appearances in the federal districts where he is admitted.
Colleagues and clients have relied on Naranjo for steady case management and clear legal counsel through procedural stages. He writes and argues motions, prepares pleadings and evidence, and guides clients through mediation and trial preparation when needed. He balances litigation tasks with client communication, aiming to keep people informed about developments in their matters.
Today Naranjo practices at AN Law Office, P.A., handling labor and employment matters for employees and litigating in both Florida state courts and the federal district courts where he is authorized to practice. He currently concentrates his practice on employment law at AN Law Office, P.A.
