About Albertina
Albertina Webb received her education in New York. She pursued legal studies there before beginning a career that crosses state lines. Those early classroom years set the stage for a practice that would appear in court dockets on both sides of the Hudson.
She is licensed to practice law in New York and in New Jersey and is listed among the attorneys at Hill Wallack, LLP. Over time she has worked within the firm’s structure, serving clients through its offices. Her membership in professional circles has complemented that work and placed her in settings where policy and practice intersect.
Her involvement in bar association activities includes service on the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee from 2016 until 2020. That role put her in regular contact with fellow practitioners and judges on issues tied to family law practice, court procedure and committee-led projects. Participation on that committee often involves drafting recommendations, attending panels and contributing to continuing legal education, and her tenure coincided with a period of concentrated committee activity on family law topics.
Across two state bars, Webb’s practice reflects steady engagement in family law matters. She handles matters that require navigation of both New Jersey and New York rules and court systems. Clients and colleagues look to her for case preparation, negotiation and representation in family court settings. At Hill Wallack, LLP she works alongside attorneys who handle a range of domestic relations issues, and she brings her committee experience to bear on complex files that touch on custody, support and settlement matters.
Outside of committee work, Webb’s career is defined by sustained practice in the two jurisdictions where she is admitted. She remains active in the legal community and continues to contribute to discussions about family law practice through firm work and bar participation. She currently practices family law at Hill Wallack, LLP.
