About Albert

Albert Manwaring earned his J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 1992. He finished law school as the country was changing, and he entered the profession in the years that followed.

After graduating, Manwaring began practicing in the early 1990s. He is admitted to the Delaware bar and has spent his career working within the state’s legal system. Over time he has built steady experience navigating Delaware’s courts and regulatory processes.

His career spans more than three decades of legal work. That period has included courtroom appearances, client counseling, and handling transactional matters. He has represented clients before state tribunals and engaged in matters that required detailed legal analysis. Colleagues describe him as steady and methodical in approach.

Manwaring’s background is shaped by both formal legal training and the practical demands of practice. The New England Law | Boston education provided foundation in core legal disciplines. Years in practice added practical skills: case preparation, pleading and motion work, negotiation, and written advocacy. He has applied those skills across the day-to-day work of a Delaware lawyer.

He has worked with individuals and organizations on matters arising under state law. That work has required adapting to changes in Delaware’s statutes and court rulings. Over the years he has continued to update his knowledge to reflect shifts in procedure and substantive law.

Outside of court dockets and client files, Manwaring keeps a straightforward professional profile. He is not widely quoted in national press, nor is he a regular author of legal treatises. Instead he maintains a practice focused on practical legal problem solving within Delaware.

Clients and peers who have interacted with him note a plainspoken manner and attention to detail. He tends to favor clarity in written submissions and directness in oral argument. Those traits have shaped how he handles cases and advises clients.

He currently practices law in Delaware.
