About Alana

Alana DiCicco built her law career in Oregon courts and offices. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Oregon in 2003 and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2007. Those years of study set the stage for steady work in civil litigation and workplace injury matters.

She began practicing soon after law school. Her early positions include work at Radler, Bohy, Replogle & Miller, LLC in 2007 and at Reinisch Mackenzie, PC in 2008. In 2010 she opened her own practice, Alana C. DiCicco Law. Each stop added courtroom time and client contact. She handled hearings, briefed disputes and represented clients at administrative and civil levels.

Her professional life has been tied to organizations that focus on trial work and workers’ compensation. She has been a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association’s Workers Compensation Section since 2011. She served on the Oregon State Bar Executive Committee at Large from 2015 to 2016. Earlier she belonged to Oregon Women Lawyers from 2007 to 2010. The memberships reflect a pattern of involvement in bar and bar-adjacent groups over time.

In practice she has handled cases that arise out of workplace injuries and contested workers’ compensation claims. Her work has included administrative hearings before state bodies and representation in related civil matters when injured workers pursue additional remedies. The record shows a practitioner comfortable in hearings and negotiations, and willing to handle the procedural demands of contested claims.

Colleagues who have crossed paths with her describe a lawyer who prepares thoroughly and presses for clarity in testimony. She has a practical approach to scheduling and evidence, and she relies on courtroom experience when advising clients about risk and likely outcomes. That approach informs how she manages files at her own firm, where she keeps caseloads focused and client communication direct.

Alana DiCicco maintains her practice in Oregon and continues to accept cases through Alana C. DiCicco Law. She focuses on workers’ compensation and related personal injury matters.
