Alan Schorr trained in two different classrooms. He earned a B.A. from Thomas Edison State College and then took both a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Widener University, completing the law degree and business degree in 1993. The dual degrees shaped a practice that intersects courtroom work and the business realities that clients face.
He has served as managing partner of Schorr & Associates, P.C. since 1993. That long tenure reflects steady involvement in the firm’s day-to-day operations and in the litigation the firm handles. Colleagues describe him as someone who keeps an eye on both case details and firm administration.
Schorr is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Ninth Circuits. The Supreme Court of New Jersey has certified him as a Civil Trial Lawyer for practice in the Superior Court of New Jersey, a credential that signals courtroom experience in state-level civil matters.
Professional ties run local and national. He is a current member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
