About Alan H.
Alan H. Meincke grew up studying numbers and risk before turning to the law. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia in 2004. Four years later he returned to the same university and received his Juris Doctor in 2008. Those years in Athens set the stage for a legal career in Georgia.
Meincke began building his professional life soon after law school. His memberships in the State Bar of Georgia and the Forsyth County Bar Association date to 2011, indicating ties to the local legal community that extend more than a decade. He also joined the Family Law Section of the State Bar in 2011, signaling an early and sustained interest in family law matters. More recently, he became involved with the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce in 2022, a step that connects his legal work to local business and civic affairs.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and practical. He applies an analytical background to cases that often require both legal judgment and attention to financial detail. That combination of skills can be useful in disputes that touch on property, support calculations, and other financial questions that arise in family law. He has maintained professional memberships that reflect those priorities and that keep him engaged with peers and evolving practice trends.
Meincke’s career path has kept him rooted in Georgia law. His long-standing participation in county and state bar sections suggests steady work in the family law area and regular engagement with local courts and court procedures. He has balanced bar activity and community involvement while handling the day-to-day tasks of client representation and case preparation.
He is based at Cipriani & Werner, P.C., where he handles casework and client consultations. The firm provides a platform for courtroom appearances, negotiations, and drafting of pleadings and agreements. Meincke’s practice brings together his academic background in risk and insurance and his legal training, especially on matters where financial issues intersect with family law questions.
He continues to maintain active memberships in the State Bar of Georgia, its Family Law Section, and the Forsyth County Bar Association, and he participates in the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. He currently practices at Cipriani & Werner, P.C., concentrating on family law matters.
