About Alan
Alan Grayson is a government and administrative law attorney based in Windermere, Florida. He has represented hundreds of contractors and employees in bid protests, claims, investigations, audits, and debarment proceedings. Grayson served three terms in the U.S.
Congress, from 2009 to 2011 and 2013 to 2017, representing Florida's 8th and 9th congressional districts. During his tenure, he passed more legislation in 2013-2016 than any other member of Congress and was named "Most Effective Member of Congress." He authored legislation on full and open competition and was recognized as "Attorney of the Year" by Taxpayers Against Fraud. Grayson holds three degrees from Harvard University: a B.A.
in Special Concentration in Urban Studies (1975), an M.A. in Public Policy (1979), and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1983).
He is a member of the National Contract Management Association and the District of Columbia Bar. His office is located at 9477 Westover Club Circle, Windermere, FL 34786.
