About Al

Al Parsad earned his Juris Doctor from Empire College School of Law in 2020 after beginning his studies in 2016. He completed a four-year course of study during a period of steady change in legal education. That training provided the foundation for a small private practice he now runs in California.

After law school, Parsad took the steps required to practice in California and established a local practice. He spent the early years after admission handling the everyday work that keeps a solo office running. That included client intake, drafting pleadings and agreements, and appearing in state courts and administrative hearings. He learned to manage both the business side of a law office and the legal tasks that matter most to clients.

Parsad operates his practice under the names Law Office of Al Parsad and The Law Office of Al Parsad. He manages day-to-day operations himself, often handling consultations and casework directly. His background reflects the practical demands of running a small firm: balancing client work, court appearances and the administrative duties that come with maintaining an independent practice.

Colleagues say Parsad takes a straightforward approach in client meetings. He breaks down complex issues into clear terms and maps out realistic next steps. That practical communication style guides how he handles matters that arise in state courts and administrative settings. He also maintains regular contact with clients so they understand progress and options.

Parsad’s professional path is defined by steady, hands-on practice rather than public office or academic posts. He has built his legal career around the services his offices provide to California residents. Over time he has handled a variety of matters that small firms typically see, gaining familiarity with local court procedures and filing practices.

Outside the office he keeps an eye on developments in California law that affect routine litigation and transactional work. He monitors rule changes and local court updates that affect case calendars, motions and filing requirements. That attention helps him advise clients on timing and procedure, and on realistic expectations for resolution.

He continues to operate from his California offices and manages cases personally, handling a range of matters under California law.
