Agnieszka Dolinska serves as an Immigration Judge at the Santa Ana Immigration Court in California. Her educational journey began at Boise State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration in 1998, graduating magna cum laude. This strong academic foundation paved the way for her legal education at Brigham Young University, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2001. While at BYU, Dolinska was a senior editor of the BYU Education and Law Journal, showcasing her commitment to legal scholarship. Additionally, she participated in the International Moot Court and was an active member of the American Inn of Court No. 1.

Following her graduation from law school, Judge Dolinska embarked on her legal career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of John R. Alcorn in Irvine, California. From 2003 to 2008, she developed her skills in various areas of law, before her future endeavors. In 2008, she transitioned to Wilner & O'Reilly, where she quickly rose through the ranks. By 2018, she became the Managing Attorney of their Riverside office, specializing in immigration and nationality law. Her work encompassed many cases, including family and employment-based immigration, non-immigrant visas, removal defense, litigation, and asylum law.

Throughout her career, Judge Dolinska has represented clients in proceedings before the Immigration Court, as well as on appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. This experience in immigration law gave her a understanding of the complexities involved in each case. In March 2022, she was appointed as an Immigration Judge, a role that shows her expertise and commitment to justice in the immigration system. Judge Dolinska is a member of both the State Bar of California and the Utah State Bar, further solidifying her credentials in the legal field. Her proficiency in English, Polish, and Spanish allows her to effectively communicate with clients, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder access to legal representation.
