Aghavni Vartan Kasparian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Kasparian is a partner at KP Law, a law firm located in Pasadena, California. She has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area and surrounding counties in Southern California.
Ms. Kasparian earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she graduated cum laude in 1999. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996. During her time at Loyola Law School, she served as the Articles Editor of the Loyola Law Review, demonstrating her commitment to legal scholarship and writing.
Ms. Kasparian concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury law, product liability, and civil litigation. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, defective products, and wrongful death claims. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Kasparian has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding KP Law, she was a partner in a products liability and mass tort litigation law firm in Los Angeles, where she litigated and managed all aspects of state and federal personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, premises liability, and property damage cases. She handled numerous multi-million dollar cases, representing some of the largest companies and their insurance carriers throughout the United States and abroad.
Ms. Kasparian is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. She holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. She is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Ms. Kasparian is fluent in English and Armenian, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
