Adrienne Kay Miller is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Miller earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in 1997. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1987. During her time at Southwestern, she was recognized for her academic excellence and served as the Chairperson of the Moot Court Board of Governors from 1996 to 1997.
Ms. Miller concentrates her practice in the areas of probate, estate planning, trusts, wills, trust and estate administration, and guardianships. She represents individuals and families in matters involving the creation and management of estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Throughout her career, Ms. Miller has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Ventura and the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles. She has also appeared before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate attorney at the Law Offices of William J. Waters in Simi Valley from 1999 to 2006, and as a Deputy District Attorney at the Ventura County District Attorney's Office from 1998 to 1999. She began her legal career as an associate attorney at Lynberg & Watkins in 1997.
Ms. Miller is an active member of the California State Bar Trusts & Estates Section and the Solo and Small Firm Section. She is also a member of the California State Bar, having been admitted in 1997.
