About Adriana Spina
Adriana Spina Blanchette took an early interest in the legal system. She studied Justice Studies at Arizona State University and earned her B.A. in 2009. She continued her legal training at Phoenix School of Law and received her J.D. in 2012. During law school she completed mediation training through the PSL Mediation Clinic and became a certified mediator in 2011.
Her practical experience began before law school. In 2007 she worked as a file clerk at The Doyle Law Office. Those early tasks exposed her to client files and courtroom procedure. She returned to hands-on legal work as an intern at the Never Again Foundation in 2011. After law school she held positions that ranged from intern to lawyer. In 2013 she served as a legal intern at The Law Offices of Lemuel A. Carlos and worked as a lawyer for Sampair Group the same year.
In 2014 she joined R.J. Peters & Assoc., P.C. as an associate. That role followed a sequence of internships and entry-level positions that gave her experience across different settings. She also volunteered for the Family Lawyers Assistance Program starting in 2014 and remains active there. Her membership in the State Bar of Arizona is listed as current.
Her certification as a mediator informs how she handles disputes. Mediation training from the PSL Mediation Clinic came while she was in law school. She has applied those skills both in volunteer settings and in the workplace. Those experiences shape the way she approaches negotiation, client counseling, and case management.
Colleagues describe her background as steady and practical. She has built a career through a mix of internships, clinic work, and firm practice rather than by pursuing public accolades. Her path reflects steady professional development: education at Arizona State University and Phoenix School of Law, followed by progressive roles culminating in an associate position at a Phoenix firm.
She practices law in Arizona and is an associate at R.J. Peters & Assoc., P.C. Her current practice includes mediation and family law matters.
