About Adriana Maria

Adriana Maria Dinis built her legal foundation through study and steady work. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 2005, majoring in criminology and sociology and adding a minor in anthropology. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2008.

Her time in law school gave her a grounding in procedure and evidence, and in how legal rules intersect with human stories. Classrooms and clinics offered different kinds of training. Those early experiences shaped how she approaches client matters and case preparation.

After law school she moved into practice in Florida. She is part of the Immigration Law Group of Florida, where she handles immigration-related legal work. Her role requires steady preparation, attention to changing rules, and frequent interaction with clients navigating administrative processes. She works on case filings, client interviews, and administrative advocacy.

Dinis’s practice covers a range of immigration matters. She assists clients with applications and petitions that can determine residency and status. She also prepares submissions for administrative review and represents clients before government agencies. Her work involves managing documentation, meeting deadlines, and explaining complex procedures in plain terms so clients can understand their options.

She maintains current professional memberships and participates in the routines of legal practice. That involvement keeps her attuned to developments in immigration law and administrative processes. Colleagues describe her as matter-of-fact and thorough in preparing case materials and responding to procedural questions.

Outside of courtrooms and intake interviews, her work is detail-oriented. File management, deadlines and follow-up are constant. She currently practices at the Immigration Law Group of Florida and focuses her practice on immigration matters.
