About Adrian Mark
Adrian Mark Baron built a steady academic foundation before entering the practice of law. He earned a B.A. from Manhattanville College in 1992 with a dual major in English and Political Science. He later completed a certificate in International Business Law & Trade at Uniwersytet Jagiellonski in 2003. Baron finished his formal legal training at Pace University, where he received his J.D. in 2004 and joined the American Bar Association that same year.
Baron is a partner at Podorowsky, Thompson & Baron. He practices in Connecticut and has been active in his community and professional associations for more than a decade. His role at the firm places him in positions that require both written advocacy and the day-to-day management of client matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and direct in courtroom and negotiation settings.
His academic background in international business law and trade informs how he approaches cross-border and commercial questions. The combination of political science and English in his undergraduate studies is reflected in a style of legal writing that emphasizes clarity. Over the years he has handled a range of issues that arise for small and midsize businesses, particularly those that involve commercial relationships and regulatory considerations.
Outside the office Baron has taken on leadership roles in community organizations. He has served as Executive Director of the Polonia Business Association since 2008 and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Polish American Foundation of Connecticut since 2009. Those roles have involved governance, outreach to business members, and organizing programming designed to support commerce and cultural exchange within Connecticut’s Polish-American community.
Baron has maintained membership in the American Bar Association since 2004. His work at Podorowsky, Thompson & Baron ties the practical demands of client representation to the broader policy and community interests reflected in his association activities. He currently practices at Podorowsky Thompson & Baron in Connecticut, handling business-related legal matters and disputes.
