About Adeeb

Adeeb Djawad built his legal foundation at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. He completed his law studies there and entered practice in California. His training at a public law school in the state gave him a grounding in both courtroom procedure and written advocacy.

After law school, Djawad joined Talkov Law as an associate in 2022. He stepped into the role at a time when the firm was handling complex matters across civil practice. As an associate lawyer he contributed to case preparation, legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and client communications. He worked alongside more senior attorneys to prepare for hearings and settlement negotiations.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in his legal analysis. He approaches factual records carefully and favors tight, document-based arguments. Those habits helped him manage discovery and litigation support tasks. He also took direct responsibility for drafting pleadings and coordinating with experts when cases required technical input.

Djawad maintains current professional membership in his bar community. He is admitted to practice in California and conducts his work under that jurisdiction. He has continued to engage with the professional networks and educational programs that support attorneys in the state.

His early years at Talkov Law have given him exposure to many aspects of litigation practice. He has handled a mix of client-facing duties and behind-the-scenes preparation. In client meetings he has focused on explaining legal processes in clear terms. In the office, he has emphasized careful calendaring and adherence to procedural rules to keep matters on schedule.

Outside the file room, he stays connected to continuing legal education and practical training opportunities. Those efforts are aimed at sharpening trial skills and keeping abreast of changes in California law. He is comfortable in both written advocacy and in assisting with courtroom presentations when matters proceed to hearing.

Djawad currently practices at Talkov Law, where his work centers on litigation support, case preparation and client representation in matters arising under California law.
