Adam J. Sipple is the founder of Sipple Law, a firm located at 12020 Shamrock Plaza, Suite 200, Omaha, Nebraska 68154. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, focusing on civil rights, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis in 1993 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska in 1990.
He was admitted to the Missouri State Courts in 1993, the Nebraska State Courts in 1994, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 1994, and the U.S. District Court for Nebraska in 1998. His practice areas include appellate practice, civil litigation, civil rights, criminal law, federal practice, insurance, and public interest law. Adam has successfully argued numerous cases in the Nebraska Supreme Court and the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Notably, he secured acquittals in multiple criminal jury trials and achieved appellate reversals in significant cases. In one instance, the Eighth Circuit ordered the release of his client prior to the release of its decision, a rare accomplishment. He is a Nebraska Bar Fellow and serves on the Judicial Nominating Committee for the Douglas County District Court. Adam is also a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.
