Adam J. Siegelheim built a law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1999 after completing a B.A. in political science at the University of Pittsburgh in 1996. He moved from the classroom into private practice at a time when franchise law was becoming more complex.
