About Adam
Adam Habibi built an educational foundation that spans law, real estate and cybersecurity. He earned a B.S. in Real Estate & Economic Development from the University of Baltimore (2008), followed by a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law (2010). He later completed an M.S. in Cybersecurity at the University of Maryland - Baltimore County (2020). Those credentials reflect a blend of traditional legal training and technical study.
He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. Habibi established his own firm, Law Office of Adam A. Habibi, P.C., and serves as its owner. Over the years he has managed the practical, administrative and client-facing demands of running a small law office. That experience informs how he organizes cases and sets priorities for clients.
His background in real estate and economic development complements his later work in cybersecurity. The combination gives him a particular perspective when matters intersect property, contracts and data security. He also draws on formal cybersecurity training when evaluating technical issues that arise in litigation, compliance reviews or transactional documents.
Habibi maintains membership in several professional associations. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice. He uses those memberships to stay current on changes in law and procedure and to exchange ideas with peers across disciplines.
In practice he represents clients across the three jurisdictions where he is licensed. He handles matters that involve legal questions tied to property, contractual disputes and incidents that raise cybersecurity concerns. Clients encounter both legal and technical dimensions in those matters, and he aims to address each clearly and efficiently. He keeps his work at the intersection of law and technology central to how he approaches cases.
His office manages intake, case strategy and client communications from its main and secondary locations. Habibi continues to balance litigation, transactional work and technical review in his daily practice, serving individuals and businesses in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland.
He is currently practicing law through the Law Office of Adam A. Habibi, P.C., concentrating on matters that combine real estate, contractual issues and cybersecurity-related legal questions.
