About Adam

Adam Greenberg built his academic foundation in engineering before turning to law. He earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2005 and completed his J.D. at Washington University in St. Louis in 2008. The shift from engineering to law left him with a methodical approach to problem solving and a habit of breaking complex questions into manageable parts.

After law school he began practicing in Pennsylvania. Early years included work on immigration-related matters and immigration policy questions. By 2011 he joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and that association has remained part of his professional life since then. His path through the early practice years combined courtroom work, administrative filings and client counseling.

Greenberg concentrates on immigration and visa law. He represents individuals and employers on a range of immigration petitions and applications. His practice has included family-based petitions, employment visas, consular processing and naturalization matters. He also prepares waiver applications and handles administrative advocacy before federal agencies. He approaches each matter with attention to procedure and documentary detail.

His engineering training shows up in his files. He tends to map timelines carefully and assemble documentary evidence in a way that makes it easier for adjudicators to see the sequence of events. Clients describe him as methodical and precise. Professionally, he has stayed engaged with peers through AILA, attending training and policy briefings to track changes in practice and process.

Greenberg practices at Greenberg Visa Law. He works with clients across a range of immigration concerns, representing both individuals and businesses. He remains an active member of the immigration law community and continues to focus his practice on visa and immigration matters.
