About Adam David

Adam David Rieth built a legal foundation in Florida classrooms before stepping into courtrooms. He earned a B.S. from the University of Florida in 2004 and completed his J.D. at Stetson University College of Law in 2011, where he also received a Certificate of Advocacy. Those early years set the stage for a career that moves between prosecution and civil trial work.

Rieth began his legal career in public service. In 2011 he worked as an assistant state lawyer in Pinellas County, handling matters on behalf of the state and gaining early courtroom exposure. That prosecutorial experience gave him practical insight into case preparation, witness examination and the demands of trial practice.

After several years in public office, he shifted to the defense and plaintiff sides of civil litigation. In 2014 he joined Wicker Smith as a trial lawyer, taking part in contested hearings and jury trials. He later practiced as an injury lawyer beginning in 2019 and, by 2021, was listed as a Florida personal injury trial lawyer at Barnes Trial Group. Those roles expanded his experience in civil litigation and focused his work more squarely on personal injury matters.

Throughout his career Rieth has concentrated on courtroom work and client advocacy in injury cases. He has tried cases and handled negotiations arising from automobile collisions, premises liability and other personal injury claims. His path from a county prosecutor’s office to firm-based trial work has given him perspectives on both how cases are presented at trial and how claims are evaluated before suit. He is admitted to practice in Florida and maintains memberships in professional associations relevant to trial and injury practice.

Today Rieth practices under the name Adam Rieth - Injury Lawyer. He divides his time between preparing cases for trial and seeking settlements on behalf of injured clients. He works in Florida and continues to handle personal injury litigation, representing individuals in accident and injury matters in state courts throughout the jurisdiction.
