About Adam David
Adam David Goldstein built his academic foundation at the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Law in 2007. He went on to receive his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2013. Those years shaped the analytical and practical skills that he carried into a legal career in New York.
He entered private practice soon after law school. In 2014 he worked as a lawyer at Schwartz, Kaufman & Livoti, LLP. Two years later he joined Cobert, Haber & Haber and became a partner in 2016. The progression marks a steady rise through local firms and a move into firm leadership.
Goldstein holds a certification in Divorce Mediation from the New York State Unified Court System. That credential enables him to serve as a neutral facilitator in matrimonial cases and to guide parties toward negotiated resolutions. He has applied mediation in family law settings as part of the services offered through his firm.
A member of the Nassau County Bar Association since 2015, he maintains ties to the local legal community. His membership keeps him connected to colleagues and to developments in New York practice. He also carries a general admission to practice law in the State of New York.
Today he practices from Cobert, Haber & Haber, LLC, where his work centers on family law and matrimonial matters. He handles cases that involve divorce, settlement negotiations, and mediated agreements. His practice combines litigation and alternative dispute resolution, reflecting the mix of courtroom and settlement tools used in family law work.
He concentrates on family law, particularly divorce and mediation, at Cobert, Haber & Haber, LLC.
