About Adam
Adam Brower built a law career that moves between corporate rooms, criminal courtrooms and community board meetings. He earned a B.S. from Purdue University in 1999 and completed his J.D. at Indiana University — Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis in 2004. He is licensed to practice in Indiana and is admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
He entered the professional world in roles that crossed legal and business lines. In 2007 he served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing for Envoy, Inc. That position combined contract work and counsel with commercial strategy and client-facing responsibilities. It was an early sign that his career would not be limited to courtroom practice alone.
In 2010 Brower moved into public service as a Deputy Prosecutor in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. In that role he handled prosecutorial duties and participated in litigation and trial preparation. The experience deepened his familiarity with courtroom procedure and case management on behalf of the state.
Three years later he shifted again, entering private practice as an owner and partner at Banks & Brower, LLC in 2013. As a firm partner he has overseen matters for both individual and business clients, drawing on his background in corporate counsel work and prior prosecutorial experience. That mix informs how he approaches client representation and case strategy.
Outside the office, Brower has been active in local institutions. Since 2013 he has served as Vice President of the Brownsburg Community School Corporation and is listed as a member of that corporation. He has also maintained membership in the Hendricks County Bar Association since 2012. Those roles have kept him engaged with civic and legal communities in central Indiana.
His career shows movement between sectors: corporate legal work, public prosecution and private practice. He practices at Banks & Brower, LLC and handles matters in Indiana and before the Seventh Circuit.
