About Abigail
Abigail Falk grew up focused on academics and finished her undergraduate degree at Lipscomb University in 2016. She went on to law school at Pepperdine University School of Law and earned her J.D. in 2023. Those years in Nashville and Malibu shaped the practical side of her legal training and put her on a clear path to practice.
After completing law school, Falk moved into private practice. She is an associate lawyer at Aarons Ward, where she has developed the practical skills that new attorneys often learn on the job. Her work at the firm includes legal research, drafting motions and briefs, preparing case files, and meeting with clients. She handles the everyday tasks that keep cases moving, and she assists more senior lawyers on complex matters.
