Abigail Ameri Zelenski is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar on December 2, 2003, and holds bar number 228610. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Zelenski is the principal attorney at Zelenski Law, PC, a boutique law firm specializing in employment law matters. Ms. Zelenski earned her Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2003. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2000. During her time at USC, she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society, recognizing her academic excellence.

Ms. Zelenski concentrates her practice in employment law, focusing on areas such as wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. She represents both employees and employers, providing legal representation, advice, and counsel on various employment-related issues. She has been appointed as class counsel in over forty class actions, recovering millions on behalf of employees across various industries, including motion picture, security, healthcare, food, grocery, retail, and banking sectors. In 2018, she founded Zelenski Law, PC, where she continues to represent clients in employment law matters.

Ms. Zelenski is an active member of the California State Bar and has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer from 2019 to 2026. She serves on the Board of the California Board of Accountancy, appointed by Speaker of the Assembly Robert Rivas in December 2025. Additionally, she is the Chair and longest-serving Commissioner of the Los Angeles Civil Rights Commission and serves on the Advisory Group of the Assembly Select Committee on Asia/California Trade and Investment. She has been involved with the Philippine American Bar Association, serving as Chair in 2022 and President in 2021. Ms. Zelenski is also a board member of the Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA) and has served on the boards of the Filipino American Library and the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council. She is fluent in English and Tagalog, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
